Project summary

This project studies contemporary transformations of capitalism in three key areas that will define the future of the economy: the economic public sphere, where expectations about economic processes are formed; economic policy, where public interventions in the economy are defined; and the state as a central actor in modern economies. The project is organized around three lines of research:

Line 1: Transformations in the economic public sphere (Felipe González)

Line 2: Transformations in politics and economic policies (Aldo Madariaga)

Line 3: Transformations of the State (Jorge Atria)
